We are unique in the sense that we have 2 types of accommodation towers; The Hotel Tower & The Apartment Tower. The managed isolation guests are staying in the Hotel Tower which is separate from the Apartment Tower.

Thank you for your enquiry. We do need take bond deposit. The in total amount will be the accommodation in total plus NZD50 per room per night. If your room is prepaid, it will be NZD50 per room per night.
Is there a place to sunbathe in the hotel?

How big is the bath? Would it fit 2 people?
Our Superior King Room baths would comfortably fit 2 people. Alternatively, The Bath tubs in the Residence Tower would fit 2 people comfortably. Please note rooms with bathtubs are subject to availability and on request.
Do the one bedroom apartments have sofa beds?
We are pleased to confirm that some One Bedroom Apartments now have Sofa Beds. This would be subject to availability upon request and the Sofa Beds would be suitable for Children only.

When you say Residence Tower are you talking Bout the Residence superior king rooms?
Our Superior Residence Rooms are based in the Residential Tower and have balconies. The Superior King Rooms are based in the hotel tower. If your room is booked in the Superior King Room whilst we are an MIQ Facility it will be moved to the Residence
Is the pool open ?
The Pool is open from 6am - 8pm Sunday to Thursday and from 6am - 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays.
How much is bond? Just wanna get a fair idea of how much
We would take a $50 bond per night on check in to cover any incidentals. If you require parking , we would also take the parking rate per night on check in on top of the bond.

Yes we are just a 10 minute walk from the Ferry Terminal - please note it is uphill however. Alternatively it is a 5 minute taxi ride. We are located 1.4km from the Ferry Terminal.

We are pleased to advise we do have onsite parking and we offer valet parking at NZD$50 per car per day. No pre-booking is required.
